   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure & [3 ^. B2 z% F! ~! ]3 _9 o
the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to
3 w- p1 x" B1 J+ `8 M' a0 c1 vcustomers.4 q; V6 `+ w* z: Z! J, z- t
The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  ; s  N3 e# I) B. F+ V  v
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional ' w7 D, E; i3 l& i- I
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in 9 Y" p) C- r  B5 }3 B
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.0 M* O. g* v, Q

! w1 I( ^0 K( LPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.4 f# \0 v- E' r8 R4 v8 E% x/ |
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-+ k3 z0 ^8 ~0 {
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
: o$ U4 E1 o/ E9 Y8 rprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   + `: p7 X' Q. W$ {7 E2 |
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
; c) L7 Q1 ^% l/ K3 H' g4 M. oThe post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall# Z0 T! Q& `+ J3 y9 Y% \( z# k
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
