the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to

& q' v% I+ R% h% }The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  / x! F; R. z  \7 A1 q
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
3 }$ ]& T" g- h/ A" `6 VChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in # w+ ?! M/ n' |' m3 p
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.% W9 b: d5 _- n

2 p9 d& e' T) @  G& g) Q( NPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
( {! G6 W& a0 X# F, i0 r% CMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
* L' t  v9 |6 Q) Y: s% y4 U3 ykeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
/ o. |& \9 j8 T# P# g0 U/ e7 ?prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
7 F& H" k4 f1 b5 Land offering assistance to the doctor as required./ Y- m- F; u6 J) A) K) n& t
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall& z/ \; Z5 ?) ]9 s4 J$ F% n
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
