the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to

' ^2 l# {- q6 S! q& \- CThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
. r& d6 T& k# x, nmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
* k3 Z2 Y8 u; d5 TChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
7 s( {: ], ?  Gcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.7 ~4 B! F4 `9 r2 }- m2 |

) T7 H  u! V! t0 U- FPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential." B' K0 i& E0 i6 g: T, Z
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-6 {7 L) R& c6 R' F" q4 t( g9 B/ v
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
- x: G, ?; s/ m/ W7 b7 z6 qprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order     ?) j0 r( l5 u7 ]0 V
and offering assistance to the doctor as required." L" R9 i' A9 e" X6 I9 E
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall: ~" O1 K( m1 U6 g8 Z
