customers.

management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
5 Y* V/ s7 S1 v: |/ U) JChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
( p* b! O. S, ?* X( Ncommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills." Q- \% Y: H3 Z) N, H, g

Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
9 r2 R1 d3 o: p' F% i3 iMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
8 v, [5 y: J- ?5 z" V. f3 Tkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
, j, F7 l' h5 W5 r: z6 Gprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   $ y# ~' T" R+ {( {7 Q* {
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.8 w* B1 y" G* f, @# O1 @
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall2 ^2 t& W, y3 ]! I/ E% [
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.; [# S# J$ ?; N5 J7 H
