the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to , q! c% A3 S6 X" e7 C
customers.
2 P" X4 G- d/ m9 `( O! @; tThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  , T/ B4 u$ b: ^$ Q, g6 W0 F
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
1 \8 \8 ]" S2 m1 _& fChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in 1 @0 p" m2 ~$ ]: t( y
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.6 c& x5 ]- D7 j$ q4 q  Q4 ^

: N, M! @8 t/ `. jPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.6 G5 @! ^& G' G: P; e
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
8 ~/ U: l2 j" p, m& rkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 8 j' x4 K! i! B* P! v3 o) t8 r( ^
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
8 p# y. J8 o& b* O: \4 q: ?and offering assistance to the doctor as required.6 s4 J5 g3 Z8 v  s& }5 g; j
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall! S0 }, j* Q& B0 A% L  v
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.8 c: L. Z  X3 E5 a+ i
