* Maintain effective lines of communication with the factories to place and

* Organise and monitor Safety Testing for all products
5 [+ q, P0 e, D- G0 F$ }* Organise and monitor Quality Control Procedures for all products
# ?& c+ c: q+ |! w7 b. x3 M1 h* Help to ensure factories comply to all ethical and environmental
* r- p/ C! i2 dprocedures

* Maintain the order database with accurate information* h* b4 d, p; \" R+ u# l+ S$ `5 W
* Designing and quoting for bespoke gifts with publishers4 w4 l$ }1 ^; P
* Sending Pre-production samples to the client for approval using the

* Keeping a record of all documentation between ourselves, the factory and + _6 J" M5 U9 U6 s" g# \
the client so that all legal paperwork is accounted for.

* Requesting production samples and ensuring that samples are sent and

* Ensure that shipments are made by the factory and goods arrive to 9 Z+ [; F! d* c- a- J$ H
deadlines% E- X% c, H7 ], O1 j$ o# p; P
* Ensure all import and export documentation is produced to meet all customs 9 q7 f7 [1 I3 Y/ l2 H
requirements.
