Responsibilities:- o5 p7 F/ g& D, k  n6 X
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
2 y% j4 Z! [7 J! F" [- l& R        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;+ m9 z* F+ x. k
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
; X, ~* c& G1 F2 V0 f        Arrange face to face interview;
. H; ^' w& z" [5 h! U3 y        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
6 d( L3 J, }6 u7 A        Data entry and maintain database;
* N1 _  S" X/ g9 K        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities+ S3 L0 @& U& x3 [5 |
Requirements: ) e2 V6 l  ^: J3 d# o4 f
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；' \( m% O. J+ _' c
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;9 o& ^: N0 ^  w
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;* l9 X3 v: d5 o+ j9 |6 Z
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;0 W( n. J0 a& [) ?- O
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;( G! S: B; H. g$ w! _
        Able to work under pressure with patience;- Q! x8 p% u: P8 |3 O& P- K7 {5 I" y0 I
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
