ChineseGraduate.com has an exciting opportunity for a Web Developer (suitable for students intern). You will be responsible for building and completing websites to specification and design direction. You will ensure websites are developed using latest methods and technologies to meet our requirements.

Responsibilities:

Ensure website specification is agreed and achievable at the start of a project, base recommendations on project objectives. 7 Z5 M+ h5 y  G* T8 u3 h0 a# p* T  W
To build and develop static and dynamic websites from approved designs.
5 P. D8 m5 U$ X3 |6 XWork closely with the designers to ensure sites are built to a high standard and meet site technical objectives.
/ B  E3 ?* z0 E2 I  iTo undertake maintenance of existing sites ensuring clients receive their requested amends promptly and of a high standard.
" D$ J8 L8 Y) f6 YEnsure we are up to date with Search Engine Optimisation guidelines.
2 i/ I" F9 a4 e4 {& LDevelop and maintain database driven applications. % H$ W$ r# q) s% F+ ?
Ensure we are using up-to-date software and methods to maintain quality and efficiency. 3 X/ J5 L# k# Q
Be aware of emerging technologies and make recommendations if they make good commercial sense.

Personal Specification: & @6 d$ w7 r' F" Q8 N* W9 o
Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent attention to detail, High productivity Essential: XHTML and CSS. Additional skills in Photoshop, Javascript, Search engine optimisation, Classic ASP, ASP.net (VB/C#), SQL server or Access.
