  m9 b  ?- S: v& h! aIn order to maximize the use of the Chinese books, Huaxia Chinese School plans to provide a mobile library service for pupils. To ensure the smooth running of the library, the School intends to recruit a library administrator. The job will start in September 2007. The wage will be round 20 pounds per week. % |1 U' O" G' t7 A

- M/ A1 C* T/ m& J8 c: }Keeping the school library open for most Sundays during term time from 11am to 1pm;& J9 F/ J) @& E

Helping on setting up an effective library procedure for borrowing and returning books;. \( m9 o, h( T
o0 l/ |; U& M8 x! _4 ]4 Y9 w
Liaise with the Head teacher to ensure stock maintenance for weekly need, including carrying small number of books between the school and storing place every week;- i+ {7 s# F( e6 c
o: k% A; ?: k: E, j/ Z8 x2 m$ o. J
Dealing with customer enquiries such as book reservation, renewal and other general queries relating to the library stock via email and/or on Sundays at School desk, and retrieve the requested item accordingly

  w$ ]/ o( v3 i6 c& ]' ]* x( tUndertaking limited cash handling (e.g. fines)

& D0 N) e$ ^6 J( _1 thave own transport

) l" ^" H+ c+ y0 N+ C7 obe familiar with common office software such as MS Office

have Internet access and is willing to be trained for updating online book list

  }. z" `3 A- X4 I& U8 hbe able to communicate in both English and Chinese
