    Postholders have the opportunity to get involved at the beginning
% f* e2 C! `, I5 F    and take responsibility for making it a success. Working hours
/ T, z2 {: ^6 s3 z/ _/ P! ?; d    are flexible but postholders will be expected to work around 10 7 ^1 T; A5 W5 P) p9 d% T
    hours per week.
