    designed to show postholders what the job of a Patent Attorney ' F1 C) D0 J) V+ W6 u- a+ {
    really entails. Successful candidates will receive first hand
% o: G! U8 J0 C; z2 r  j    experience dealing with the UK Patent Office on high tech matters # [/ N. y! p! u
    within their own field and will be shown the basics of patent / @: s  {' }) C' }+ ~
    drafting. Finally, successful candidates will handle a
. T* g0 h2 l8 j    contentious matter using skills learnt over the course of the 9 x* I3 `( n. B4 @; {$ a
    placement to defend or challenge a patent against other placement
