The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
& |' d8 W2 r+ l0 q3 [' V' y, Bmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
( c6 k! Z. b( X, y! i- nChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
) T7 V$ b/ D$ u9 W+ Vcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills./ g' u2 ]+ D1 p8 [& P( z

/ l- Q8 F2 @" E5 _% Z, n5 ]0 `# EPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
9 S! L3 [# z' p9 O# o* i0 SMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-; w  C. Y$ O- a0 S* k* @+ d
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s # T, Y2 B  G1 F4 @
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   ( J% j* w4 @- g
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.& V& @; a' i! Z. C5 `( R; ^; k
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall: p; U% }0 ~3 b2 G) l, ]
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.4 h* i4 c4 E1 ]
