The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
# t( U1 Z# X7 d! W8 [4 \% Z, r) ~management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
; S5 c  G; O" k$ U& _0 }Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
; p+ P- X; m* `- B; ^9 Kcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.

Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
7 ^4 r/ a: j* OMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-  e# [  N; i) L: A  B
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
' u$ w+ G% @3 \: s4 _# A, O% vprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
$ D. k* a- {) A1 F& ~and offering assistance to the doctor as required.

' A! r8 c! d- M4 {business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
