the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to & s% D1 b. p5 W' V1 Y) {2 M

The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  " ^5 f# g9 j+ L% |- C" w
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
9 r; {' p5 y' \! f# PChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
" r# _% p5 f1 n1 b/ K# _" W& zcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.- R" Y+ z' c1 E
; H! _. [/ E& x7 G0 N8 z+ ^. q
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
2 W* N- }" e; |3 Q5 S2 r; h$ LMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
- I1 d! B+ B7 I$ u+ ?keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 7 r- R# X6 ?1 @( ~% ]
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
: X+ I; l* R; d, C9 g% Mand offering assistance to the doctor as required.
