Responsibilities:
- E1 Q" q# S2 Z        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
  U$ z8 T. e; A+ M        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
/ z9 M3 D5 ^$ l2 J8 O7 G1 V% I, x6 F/ R        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.0 u. G% ~% b' i; k
        Arrange face to face interview; ' _1 p1 Y! a& {. Z3 {) j; P
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; , k+ J2 a) D1 O# H: O3 Q. V
        Data entry and maintain database; / j0 O& w! y9 b" j, i& k
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

$ n( a# H; a, o% e' {- W, |        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；: a) A3 s( h5 f- l5 Z# y- V
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
* P. c: m, f4 T1 h" O1 A7 p3 C        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
2 p1 y& G$ n' J( N  o        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;  m7 j4 U9 E; e* r
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
) q, N1 V9 V0 G        Able to work under pressure with patience;
9 l# e. C( `3 L, ~! `( ]8 U        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
