Responsibilities:1 m; F0 P- d* Q* J- t2 r" |
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions % H  v  a' }/ [3 o  }
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;5 K6 j( a7 v- B* j( I& b
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
8 N* }  J. `1 J  S' e+ G        Arrange face to face interview; ( \5 U7 Y0 Z( d  r
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; * _3 t% Q( U" P8 A
        Data entry and maintain database; 2 l; r1 F3 H4 i6 U. k
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities
0 }7 w8 b9 q6 w* G$ E* vRequirements:
0 c6 c: j# ~3 @3 d        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；; V) e2 w" ]* T3 D, q9 R& [
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;6 V' M5 W+ b9 T. N- r
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;1 [5 _+ x( x; s/ y
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
8 F5 R$ i& G' _* P0 B1 \8 Y5 j1 Y1 j        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
3 c; [+ ~$ i# S        Able to work under pressure with patience;
