    Working with the National Chef of the Year, Eyck Zimmer,
9 B" U) O& R+ _& W* t  R    positions as waitresses are available. The role involves greeting - d4 L' g5 W" A
    and seating guests; taking orders; advising on menu choices;
3 ?8 r& A2 G, L) d" ]    delivering and presenting food/beverages; receiving payments; and 8 @/ O; V9 D* z5 C7 Y; \
    delivering a high level of personalised and professional service
, w5 I3 _! e; q: H5 s, G    amongst other duties. The postholder will be part of a team of 30 ( F* [# y1 o7 T5 I, H8 x
    working together to ensure all guests receive the highest level . z& V8 b! k- {2 W. ]5 p' T
    of service delivery. The work will be on a part-time basis and
, C: ], P* a' R6 v9 L8 J    will involve working weekends. The earliest start will be 6am and 2 |6 B5 X8 d6 V
    the latest finish will be 1am. There will be the opportunity to 5 w' e$ a3 e7 w  H/ e1 v& b- Z
    work either breakfast or evening shifts within this role.
