online registration step 10

因收到曼大email说9月30日之前须register online, 而且进入student centre后，它显示：“
! o% }$ E) S/ XYou have not completed Academic and Financial Registration.
8 j/ Z$ h- e6 w& [- W& f! P# R1 y9 J6 z
You must register by 30 September 2009 to avoid a late payment charge.”

其中最后一步 Step 10 为Step 10. Payment of Tuition Fees , 但它貌似要求在线支付。可我已开汇票，我想请问各位已注册了的前辈们 如何付的tuition fees，可不可以跳过这步完成注册% `( z) Z7 h" s3 G1 i
