Responsibilities:
% C& [  D, L' |- B$ N: u- B        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
, y* A: ]/ U) ]1 B8 ~) s5 t6 |        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;- C  y! Y# S2 p" S! g% r2 P6 k& R
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
. s8 I" B5 @6 I5 ^3 r7 t        Arrange face to face interview;
7 \% H8 y0 W4 o3 e! l/ b$ q3 Z        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;   |7 L) W& p! J* A- K( w
        Data entry and maintain database; 2 D# \2 Q4 z: P: \% Q& m0 k
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities
) ?- s" b3 J# IRequirements:
5 A! u) H- @3 w, r. `        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
2 C1 P, L" h+ i- S* C9 v        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;: @# p, U- G* Y7 |/ k; `/ j
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
8 s4 X) g. n2 x+ A2 p" c, S        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;& V; d* {2 v3 K- c
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
