the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to 9 f2 @) }# @& ]6 |) ~. K

The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  ' `0 G9 D/ j* T
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional & q5 G) J# h3 R+ S6 O& x" x
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
- ~" @& W5 x( _# u  scommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
/ l& s9 n7 I) z4 _7 L1 X% s0 }7 E9 u$ Y0 F
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
" z0 ]+ O7 s5 u! HMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-1 d. Z* h' v/ l9 n& k% Y) a  J
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 0 P" C1 A7 V1 L. C& Q
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   " G9 M7 b! c2 {$ w, w5 u" v
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
& ^, K1 y6 L6 ]+ f- u! w. E5 EThe post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
4 `1 S5 L# ?0 y7 ebusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
