因收到曼大email说9月30日之前须register online, 而且进入student centre后，它显示：“8 c6 ^& A% L9 k4 \
You have not completed Academic and Financial Registration.$ \) H4 N5 u) U
5 C% g" c1 T8 x# w2 v0 x
You must register by 30 September 2009 to avoid a late payment charge.”

其中最后一步 Step 10 为Step 10. Payment of Tuition Fees , 但它貌似要求在线支付。可我已开汇票，我想请问各位已注册了的前辈们 如何付的tuition fees，可不可以跳过这步完成注册" {! a( t: Z# g$ p' Z! W
