Recently, a lot of Chinese students cannot explore some websites in China properly. This problem may be caused by the routing service has broken down with China Telecom. So far as we have known, not only the users within HorNet, but also other students in academic networks in France and Germany claimed the same problem.

( m$ W8 N8 v* ?) J* Q' IHowever, most of the websites routed from China Netcom or CERNET can be visited normally. For example: http://www.sohu.com/ and http://www.jlu.edu.cn/.
