    Postholders have the opportunity to get involved at the beginning 6 a4 F0 ~- T& b  @( n: O
    and take responsibility for making it a success. Working hours & ]1 F' \2 T! ?  Y& @' Y4 T
    are flexible but postholders will be expected to work around 10
