短期出租whitworth park 学生宿舍单人间。时间从6月11日起到6月30日。宿舍类型为研究生混合宿舍（共7人share一个Flat, 均为研究生以上学历，故安静是有保障的），房屋是Leamington House, 楼层为1楼（不是ground floor）。居住宿舍区的最大优势是安全，方便。离曼大主校区步行5到10分钟路程。附近有lido，Tesco, worldwide, 永兴隆等大中小型超市。离最远的ASDA也只要15到20分钟的步行路程。学习，生活十分便利。房租原价78磅每周包所有bill和网费，现在只收50磅。每周清洁工打扫一次浴室，厕所和厨房。房间内部带家具和1个basin, 外部共用两个厕所和两个浴室，厨房和common room 非常宽敞，室友好相处。有兴趣的同学可以按以下方式联系我：3 E' h# m  D( u# Q7 h

Our flat is a mixed flat, including female and male. I am a female student, but according to about two-years life experiences living in there, it won't bring any inconvenience for our life only if all people can respect each other.# J' p' l% [3 ^4 e' k1 V

My room is not an en-suite room. Thus the price is not very high. You can check the prices of the en-suite flats on university's accomodation website. The average price of them is around 98 pounds per week .
