student's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they9 b% o% B1 C4 D& S) {
have now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version; `" K, j, F! Q4 v
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has
2 w+ w: s1 I; J0 ?2 z+ i% Abeen awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider! I; K% `% i4 Z2 G: [4 j0 A! }! B
students' applications which were refused on this basis.

If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely

Advice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the

original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 275

是没有拿到毕业证就申请的,拿到毕业证的应该没什么问题
