用pps看电影要tv license吗？？？？  那么在网页上看直播的球赛呢？？？？

看TV和球赛都没有问题，因为PPStream是国内的平台和老外的BBC没什么关系，要交也是交给CCTV才对。& o: J; q" F$ M/ k- g( z- J
还有就是他们不会无聊到查你Laptop的，所以不用担心。 法规是死的，人是活的。
