Work visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation
6 j7 e/ v- k" n1 ?of award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the0 F* `+ J- ^$ B. W) w- z! k
student's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they
+ E" u$ ~) F6 F2 T. _2 K3 y0 Vhave now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version% S! c. J2 T& B9 _1 j5 I0 G
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has
. n- A X) Y0 W% R# [' B! wbeen awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider
8 g; Y' i" }2 }students' applications which were refused on this basis.! R& _+ W8 B$ }" x

If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely6 D o2 |, V1 c( D# D* u
refused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the

Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International" j) w% B! T+ R0 z1 U- b, o
Advice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the
( C6 L9 o0 p6 n: C( j3 ]" }confirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your
