曼大申请PSW的同学因为SSC出的letter被拒的同学注意了，SSC开始管这件事了，下面是详细信息：

We know that some students have been refused their Tier 1 – Post Study
5 j! Y3 @# P  E" }3 G3 x! VWork visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation3 l- i, u& M+ V- t" F/ \
of award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the
/ }3 s2 p3 D2 k* m9 _! v0 fstudent's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they
. F6 s$ h1 ]& A: B) n) thave now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version
- |0 F8 ]5 o" S& |  n$ lissued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has; z+ Y' M$ N. J# Z& b' R
been awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider" K  O! m2 p. x0 Y' T1 e$ N
students' applications which were refused on this basis.

9 p8 M  }+ U# CIf you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely
7 p1 u5 q, U2 O# ]refused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the
- O6 }( h8 Q# ^3 S: a: K4 Rconfirmation of award letter issued by us then you need to come to the; \' s" _0 }4 m
Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International
% j& l' [; p( tAdvice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the8 d8 |3 ]5 I& {/ p
confirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your  M) W! F" c) k6 H
original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 275& F& L3 B# o7 D
5000 (Option 1) to make an appointment to see a member of the# b% x# h2 X+ K8 u' q
International Advice Team.

是没有拿到毕业证就申请的,拿到毕业证的应该没什么问题
