曼大申请PSW的同学因为SSC出的letter被拒的同学注意了，SSC开始管这件事了，下面是详细信息：

We know that some students have been refused their Tier 1 – Post Study
# |5 E+ V/ T9 zWork visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation  U5 t0 k3 m' F* Y! h- Y5 e
of award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the
# |$ J- q& T. P! U& ostudent's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they
* }! N* U0 J& Q& Q9 o: Ghave now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version
  T$ t- O) O0 K7 {issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has# Y* D9 O' L* o! G6 c3 ]5 W
been awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider6 Y  j( L+ a! H5 f3 L( a' `' d
students' applications which were refused on this basis.& T+ z% r8 f" V& I
5 q5 U/ \: {5 i+ a! o
If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely/ Q9 K1 m% ^( Z5 B6 z
refused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the
$ g8 B9 e9 m% [2 F& Uconfirmation of award letter issued by us then you need to come to the0 P7 Z  T9 [* M2 ^0 l1 P
Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International' l4 G& M, U" U- C8 M
Advice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the
9 V- N* Q6 V; ~1 mconfirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your4 I' `7 w' p3 S% N$ b7 j
original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 275( h/ a9 i7 |4 T; q1 p% A8 l* F
5000 (Option 1) to make an appointment to see a member of the
" h& R: N: A- Y. T( JInternational Advice Team.

NB – We cannot advise you if you do not bring in your refusal notice
