3 X% L% A2 V/ Pstudent's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they
' d  k* q1 o+ G9 C" Y6 T8 thave now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version& a2 `9 f$ n2 Q0 Y+ L% s6 w
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has- w) p9 c" R/ ~
been awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider& j9 X( f% v+ W2 a' V6 J+ W( e
students' applications which were refused on this basis.

refused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the

original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 275
