曼大申请PSW的同学因为SSC出的letter被拒的同学注意了，SSC开始管这件事了，下面是详细信息：

We know that some students have been refused their Tier 1 – Post Study
" ]" b2 [6 t  O+ V) C4 \* z" rWork visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation
3 f1 D5 g8 z3 }2 |) i# m  l/ Xof award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the' P- r; j7 O7 k/ ~( N+ A0 Z, I- b
student's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they5 e2 A( c- ~9 Q* [- p
have now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version. A! Q9 N0 S+ B
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has
+ e2 j& g0 ]" f  W& sbeen awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider, q$ v% F/ y3 N# V; L! u
students' applications which were refused on this basis.

If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely
8 q* |6 r! a2 U5 Y( i! xrefused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the! x# b( Q4 z: C* g/ T
confirmation of award letter issued by us then you need to come to the
* f# C0 R7 w* KStudent Services Centre to speak to a member of the International
, {/ V$ k' b/ B8 Q  G/ l3 LAdvice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the4 P: x" `7 J5 r- K! H, m+ y
confirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your  `7 e8 O  S$ i# X
original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 275
