Accommodation and conditional offer question

I have received the conditional offer, which means I have to supply my bachelor degree certificate to them. But it is said that accommodation  can not reserved unless I  hold the unconditional offer, although I have applied for dorms online.I will obtain my degree at the end of June. I am afraid that it is a little late for applying for accommodation.

Yes,  the accommodation office will not deal with ur application until u get the unconditional offer.
