lambert hall ---internet problems

I have used it for 2 days.The internet can not be used yesterday. any one could help me? Who should I talk to?

现在可以上网了！; y9 Q/ M0 h' w* T% h& G
你要先申请个m开头的帐号。9 U- F! H6 A, }
然后去chados或可以上网的机子注册自己的电脑和宿舍。) @' O9 y7 Z! ?! n/ V7 I" Q# G
注册要要自己机子的mac地址
就是物理地址
