you will find out more, especially in section of "study & qualify", you will easily find out 6 institutes in China has co-operations with CIPS, 2 of them locates in Beijing, and the rest 4 are locating in the city of Hong Kong.

Not quite sure about Shanghai, however there's no doubt about the reality of CIPS at all.$ u( ^% a' P/ d3 b0 D3 X
