5 r) }8 k9 N, { i: t3 s4 ^In order to maximize the use of the Chinese books, Huaxia Chinese School plans to provide a mobile library service for pupils. To ensure the smooth running of the library, the School intends to recruit a library administrator. The job will start in September 2007. The wage will be round 20 pounds per week.

Job responsibilities:

Helping on setting up an effective library procedure for borrowing and returning books;

Liaise with the Head teacher to ensure stock maintenance for weekly need, including carrying small number of books between the school and storing place every week;! }6 @6 `. K" E

Dealing with customer enquiries such as book reservation, renewal and other general queries relating to the library stock via email and/or on Sundays at School desk, and retrieve the requested item accordingly2 T9 f) b+ `0 D3 m. D2 }3 S

Undertaking limited cash handling (e.g. fines) P- J( Y* K( l3 d

be able to communicate in both English and Chinese
