2 Q7 C5 @7 p5 `# X  r" w0 ^In order to maximize the use of the Chinese books, Huaxia Chinese School plans to provide a mobile library service for pupils. To ensure the smooth running of the library, the School intends to recruit a library administrator. The job will start in September 2007. The wage will be round 20 pounds per week.   F: \" _* c/ |: J; J2 k

Keeping the school library open for most Sundays during term time from 11am to 1pm;

Helping on setting up an effective library procedure for borrowing and returning books;

; T: B  Z4 f4 r5 a1 lLiaise with the Head teacher to ensure stock maintenance for weekly need, including carrying small number of books between the school and storing place every week;/ X/ P4 ^) ^* k2 K+ [* w

Dealing with customer enquiries such as book reservation, renewal and other general queries relating to the library stock via email and/or on Sundays at School desk, and retrieve the requested item accordingly. V5 Y0 y# p4 Z4 l4 v9 w

0 |  w% A5 L1 A6 ?7 j, A+ JUndertaking limited cash handling (e.g. fines)

be reliable, responsible and friendly, having attention to details, n7 ^2 r7 O9 T8 Q6 ?' Q# H1 [

have own transport

1 W) a; g2 B! e* C& v" ~be familiar with common office software such as MS Office

Previous experience of working in a customer service environment would be an advantage.
