    Tesco is keen to recruit students from Asian, Black and minority ( V% ?+ f* ]+ H4 _6 n
    ethnic groups onto their personal development programme which
4 x( C" l# K$ P* ]6 K    aims to provide life skills training in key competencies such as 0 U$ s2 u& K" E! [
    task management, team working and communication. Students will # E+ @' X# y' X  _( k0 }
    undertake a 6 week internship (July - August 2009) within a   n1 f" p% x2 H
    specific department and attend 2 residential seminars. The 3 S+ {1 I  P( B7 ~6 r0 B
    company also offer support with writing CVs and applications and ' M6 e2 t0 h; S" h; M6 n7 ]
