| I found a job last mouth its do Sales Assistant for a concession within TOP SHOP . I admidised by my company the head office is in London . TOP SHOP dont adminis me . they said get pay at the last day every mouth . it means I should be paid at 31st July but when i check my bank i didnt get pay . then i ring the head office sb. said i ll get pay tomorrow ( 1st Aug.) but today ( 1st Aug ) I check my bank again i still havnt get pay . Then I go to TOP SHOP just find the concession has been closed ( i m off today ) i ring the head office ask for my wage they said i ll get my wage after 3 days because the bank transford need 3 days but i think they r lying .because when i get the job my manager told me the pay day is the last day every mouth if they do bank transford they should did it 3 days before 31st July is not until I asked them yesterday . Although they know yesterday they should pay in to my bank today but i check again i didnt get any pay in . The thing is the concession within TOP SHOP has been closed it means i lost my job if like they said i m waiing 3 days for my wage i think the company ll closed as well at that time so i cant find anybody adminis . i ring the head office always nobady answer the phone today so i m afraid after 3 days they ll gone and the company closed. So if somebody is a student major in UK law .Could u give me some advice please ? I m so angery today .So i tell my manager i ll ring police to do this case . I only want them to be scared then give my wage as soon as possible . But i m not sure it is right or ont because i dont know about the law . Anyway , if some know about the UK Empolerment Law , Please give me some advise . or if someone know about some Chinese Lawyer Agencies Please let me knowv . Thanks ! |
