* Organise and monitor Quality Control Procedures for all products

* Maintain the order database with accurate information

* Sending Pre-production samples to the client for approval using the ) @* b6 W; W" L
appropriate forms and ensuring samples are approved.& A+ ?! F# L; t1 R1 @  X: X
* Keeping a record of all documentation between ourselves, the factory and 5 `' E2 r2 H5 y* C
the client so that all legal paperwork is accounted for.
# r9 R7 _8 [! Z7 Q# g" v* Instructing factories when pre-production samples have been approved and ( G1 X9 _) {4 I. H! @7 y& }0 ^
tested to ensure they manufacture to the standards and timeframe we require.$ }  k2 g( d: }- F
* Requesting production samples and ensuring that samples are sent and

* Ensure that shipments are made by the factory and goods arrive to

* Ensure all import and export documentation is produced to meet all customs
