The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）& y$ n( V) o. w0 `0 A
Location: Beijing4 S+ [! U* f# M$ V+ N% L
Responsibilities:
* c% b+ W, a' @- `" `0 {; Z* C        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
( ?$ j; ^% ~" \8 a        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;! d" e+ J, _0 A
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
$ y! A) [) t2 n0 s        Arrange face to face interview; ( Y1 O0 e; p; Q/ _* b6 s# _8 w
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; 8 q* j& _- F+ V+ N/ G! P5 N
        Data entry and maintain database;
2 d, X* q: c* E* I- d        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities/ h3 G% L  u4 Y- X
Requirements: 5 ]. `! W% R5 s
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
+ s7 ~/ v* s( S8 i" H+ x        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
9 X; ?: I1 h& B8 \4 E# G        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;9 e2 Q1 B6 V! D( s7 Y
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
( T; ?! Y. k5 X9 T5 l* ?0 X/ \        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
