Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;2 S! N3 e7 y* e( w4 n& z/ Q- @# g% {4 ^
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
8 z: G/ R! ]4 \" d) e! N/ s Arrange face to face interview;
6 O- ?4 K% J) I3 b Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;

Get involved in other relevant responsibilities2 g& o, i) H) ^& m3 c( T2 K
Requirements: 4 @ m7 ?, H. Z7 {
Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
" R& N% C0 C: i* ?! D! S" M Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
0 J5 s+ c d _( W/ a8 t Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
! k: g9 _0 M2 G7 T2 w4 r Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
) ~7 E+ F7 M0 a$ H( p Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
