Responsibilities:
1 H9 t, u* Q1 ?2 @3 L6 H        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
7 j, c3 F3 \. g3 @& a. ]! x( L- j        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;4 y; {5 s+ S6 |2 ^0 A
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.+ j2 q$ D  W2 I6 x# q
        Arrange face to face interview;
3 j! |4 r* R  g7 ?) U* q; F        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; , H. l3 s/ V8 ]8 ^& x: t( F5 U
        Data entry and maintain database; 5 v0 s9 D+ R% T" X3 }2 A2 N
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities
' S$ v, p0 N4 V  q+ ^. b7 c- oRequirements:
7 O' l, e- ]# C' X- K        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
5 e1 B! A- w$ C4 k" R# N# u        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
* g! Z& x7 ~$ X" K1 @        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;: o/ v4 ~0 B( X- U
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
+ C0 o  ~5 e+ F; n% R        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
) M" [: ?2 e- }9 u; R2 K        Able to work under pressure with patience;
