! _6 v! x) ?8 y: ^" B        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
$ O' g! o* r& c! a. e( P) I' j% |        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
' P9 B" l7 J' @8 b# E        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.& O3 W) O& ^0 U3 x2 Z
        Arrange face to face interview; 8 t5 t5 u: L; W. T1 [$ I8 s  B
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; # M! C  Q' s, l/ B
        Data entry and maintain database; ' r5 {3 ?! l& }  w) t
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities
1 l- _4 u+ }' ~9 MRequirements: ( k% E0 z1 m* G( z( ~& B, E
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；( E( }2 ?. }+ l  E3 J+ ~
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
4 u) |- Q! ~; k2 i) I$ `' j$ x        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;" A& y2 Q. x1 k; ~; O/ g
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;# v9 V5 ^6 Q& N$ D8 V0 c
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;, T; q1 e+ d) x( x, q
        Able to work under pressure with patience;; V$ u$ M3 Z, L) ~, ~
