The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or    E% ?  c5 E( q2 y3 ~! E* b
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional $ W9 z" Y) s6 @* K- ]2 V
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in + r5 l+ J3 j- ?+ E: g" w
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.

9 w! w) b* Y! L- a2 `Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
$ }, s! g/ u) [- b# S! m, bMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-* p, f7 S. y+ l) _. g
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 5 _3 r6 k6 A. S
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   / k: w( [, t; F3 Y
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
! K  L2 {9 P& o& xThe post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall8 F  p9 ~4 S  V7 O$ h3 `* s$ Z
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.# G7 w  \4 P" `9 A
