   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure
& _- W7 z; `8 g5 ]the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to   v# M; ?7 X+ S$ o2 k2 a5 }
customers.. `3 p# x* e) w* V; z
The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  1 V+ S4 q5 r" ~6 U; o0 q$ K- ^
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 2 U) p( ?4 f+ [7 A
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
# ]" @8 q- Y. F& Dcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
! A" r4 A# t- ^( O& l7 B$ L
/ r0 p, m) H0 _4 D0 S- k: BPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.; j, u0 I# X9 R2 I' t
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
. \% a! C) v9 K$ o4 p6 {keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s - H( T/ K2 H6 W) A6 `
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
- s, B) k' H9 U, M& I8 fand offering assistance to the doctor as required.4 c0 }) i: f5 Z- C; P
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall9 n% K5 M1 j1 v) H- \" |: m
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.+ @3 [' m) @5 @3 j$ A
