    around. The successful candidate will be expected to cover
5 N' ?+ q6 m9 G- w7 o6 ^- Z' h. ?8 n    everything from Hip-Hop through Bhangra to Rock and Indie - and / o# u: }6 L4 f2 N
    then get creative by writing reports, taking photos and even
* b5 t9 t* x) @% r    making videos about what has been attended. ; x2 w+ f: ]( @* S8 H5 q7 J
