$ e( T! X0 N p& p" H Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions ( _6 F/ [3 m$ @( N
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
+ H3 v1 ?( e3 I k/ } Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
# U( k: i' R* \8 { Arrange face to face interview; ; Q- I& G( k' V' ` o$ F
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
4 l* g* O, d6 Y* y Data entry and maintain database; 9 Q) u' ?4 ~8 g5 Z3 r' M
Get involved in other relevant responsibilities/ V, X* f- ^/ p; w0 s9 d
Requirements: # q0 s7 e( a- o: Q, \4 T+ |
Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；' f3 B% @" A7 p- p! l
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
5 f* M1 Q! t# x Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
0 [) @+ U, W6 Z2 @5 F Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;0 j1 u% ~: x+ x$ l1 {* S* l e0 y
Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
