The Position: Researcher（Trainee）

Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
9 `. }$ a0 k$ E$ B0 o @+ ] Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;7 k; Y& e/ G( X( b
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
4 Z1 G6 n) Q& r% l Arrange face to face interview;
$ i, [/ d4 _( x5 | Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; 9 y$ | `$ p$ v; ]
Data entry and maintain database;

, L, a7 D) ^: |& t/ E1 h4 m Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
6 N# U t7 h# }) B7 V- } Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
6 h; _0 R" N |! T Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
Y8 s: f! E& y% G h Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
