The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）

Responsibilities:1 H# E# k6 Y" N, V* X9 N* f
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions . m( O- R3 {0 T4 t6 Y
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;6 B" a- u; _! l: A9 _. ]
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
; [5 O$ w& Y/ t2 ~6 J        Arrange face to face interview; ' D) T5 n* j! C; C4 n; O  {
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; - S4 t9 }- P$ D" ]  ?) d
        Data entry and maintain database;
. }  i' M/ X+ I3 ]% Q& s$ \        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities& ?7 |$ ~( E3 S. \; ]
Requirements:
" u# I* i4 Y+ e        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
- F4 h- {+ ^0 d        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
) n, [; ~/ W/ v2 F& D; D        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;: w7 I( a& X+ A$ J0 m! U
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;6 L- {! z' f5 B/ D
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
: d' L8 r2 {4 B3 y' p# l9 k' \0 [  w        Able to work under pressure with patience;6 u9 x3 a* \5 A- i0 ~
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy; 3 K# w( n5 U4 @9 A
