The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）1 T. M9 v5 d9 E  n' V
Location: Beijing
  V* W2 l2 a' ]# K% fResponsibilities:! A  a# v$ j% W$ o' o! ]
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions % ^& [# \' D+ ^0 h% J4 e# c% H
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
' t% K4 m3 s1 x) P/ g3 c: h! b% U        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
3 {" N# G0 w% I; Z" |0 @7 V        Arrange face to face interview; . c0 ?9 ~3 m7 {5 t
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
: v# t6 {* K) B. u        Data entry and maintain database; 4 T9 v2 N$ D' _8 N8 v9 b4 w
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

* A+ u" l: b$ J; p/ P        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
6 J; m! u& B! k2 K8 R- g        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;, B0 L+ ~  `' o
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;) f" u9 h2 i5 T- c! A; G0 T
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
+ D! l* v* N5 Z0 E, S* ^! s        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
