2 j' f8 p: c- F2 H% @- g) G. t! ?% X) W6 E        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 4 L% C- x. u. H, D: C) r
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
& H8 Q1 D8 B+ U, q) T) |        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.1 S/ G  M1 Y9 q
        Arrange face to face interview; % K" V9 `- c: m5 E5 h# v0 N
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; 8 V/ _! P& ~! h0 P" e6 o" b
        Data entry and maintain database;
9 h% @, ?$ ^; `/ v5 `1 P! |+ @        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

2 P# x0 x6 @3 n9 p! f        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；. R* R/ R# P7 [5 T, w
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;% a7 [! w; E0 l/ |5 j
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;- ?: B0 O: o# L: ~# X+ ~6 F: [& }
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
9 @- \3 ]8 }$ n( s3 E) X        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;$ B" t( |: g% i% y
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
