Responsibilities:
, M; ^2 b3 F9 S/ V3 o& n3 ?% X* ~+ G        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
2 k6 z6 p* `; d; U1 p& x: A        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
& o/ ]- P) J) ~6 \% ]        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.1 w" j0 c' @3 W, x+ k# C/ C) m
        Arrange face to face interview;
2 J8 b9 J3 ^+ S; i5 M& p! h2 k  o        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
1 O! ^( W1 y  L4 i- H* S        Data entry and maintain database;
3 O  _4 b: @0 C; L( L        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities; }. `0 C4 z4 P# Z5 ^
Requirements:   A* P2 E; _9 A- @- ]
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；1 r$ V) C# \9 ]. }# ~; N1 V0 H
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
* f9 D1 }7 l2 v' F$ h: c        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
% c  P- h8 X! f' D, Q4 p# e        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;6 O' _8 ^- N8 }4 a
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;4 K, X6 d, k$ F2 [- F2 k0 A
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
$ P0 r/ D) l) f5 [( v( q, _        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
