   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure ' F1 E3 B; z/ i  Y+ p& p
the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to
7 e6 K& a6 N6 S1 h1 I( ~5 D, Mcustomers.
" _2 j' l" _# f( p0 `0 l& @0 _; RThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  " n& U& I! Z; w2 [
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional : H2 {; A+ ?8 G+ t  c) s
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
# w5 N. `1 v- G1 Jcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
% V( @7 p* y5 P: G& o1 I/ v. J+ i' f, C5 F" B8 o9 [0 F7 d
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
# @, C, K8 w3 R" ~% y+ @- F, Z$ MMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
  I$ `% b9 W5 A3 E" Fkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s & d+ X! x/ }5 X; y6 j( K
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
, ^* a9 i* I) u, S2 z: ?! ?' Kand offering assistance to the doctor as required.+ }. V7 H  {8 ^; }$ G
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
* ]8 Q  Z" G/ j& |3 Wbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
