6 s1 z: q9 D; H+ L! [        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions ' m. a! m% n8 K9 D, g9 }2 T5 N8 x  n2 t
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;  q& }7 h3 |. D; \; `
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.# p9 m2 Z1 q/ s) o4 s
        Arrange face to face interview; ) j7 P+ B+ A" x; k: E- {* O
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
+ j& |. ~1 S* d* |, t8 a        Data entry and maintain database;
) x9 y) E: {, h( T9 L4 P; w        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities
4 o, ~2 k/ h  D* n. h8 BRequirements:
1 p. H" i8 S; D% F        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
+ C/ j4 }2 j: U        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;7 X7 C0 O6 }* e/ a
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
$ L. Q3 l& }2 P  j' m: |        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
5 |- t6 _, j. f2 l, Z: O  U5 p, d        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;. K& s1 y9 j+ J$ w6 T* P, J# H$ X2 q
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
