The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）$ a$ g  Z: p  X! ]/ L
Location: Beijing
/ h- M9 p/ A6 J8 X. J5 r, CResponsibilities:( `1 v5 h! K% d# k2 c3 U
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
# ~* y; U7 K5 G        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
0 [' I, P& `6 |: V+ q% I* f" D        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
5 D$ @4 J5 M! m4 {7 S& U9 q        Arrange face to face interview; 2 n$ C0 S: g, H/ G' l: C
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;

        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities* p( e9 S8 c% x& f5 M( C7 B$ Q
Requirements: % w) H" ]* F& {: [
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；6 b' M% f3 g& _* _8 g4 P, m9 _
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;4 y: V! @4 h7 Q5 t4 c' O
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
  P: X% ~+ w$ h+ |& [, ?" I        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
2 m/ J, k$ i. C; k# k0 o        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
