* Z2 u% q3 {, D* FResponsibilities:
7 H. }% t  Q% P; y7 j        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 1 T3 W0 h6 `5 j* {1 d) L6 X: ]
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;, [1 R" O3 e1 L
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
( W- v: Y% t7 c  v        Arrange face to face interview; 6 D1 R$ m: N3 Y# e, f. `9 R
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; ( F/ N& [: z5 U- J, Q7 _( [- x0 }
        Data entry and maintain database;
8 T6 n, m" e+ k9 _% ?" m/ o, }        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities, Z& G) a, c: e) j& Z; X
Requirements:
8 O/ z) W" z) w% Z6 |/ h( U; W        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；* t$ f$ B  ]; h' \' S
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
( N1 o% ]9 l8 f6 `, F$ J0 r        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
9 N, W6 D! S: i; R8 D# M        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;$ [5 ?; U- I, g* O$ v7 Q
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;7 Q1 [% N% [( _. l( @- m
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
