        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions ) N3 O& p4 D0 [1 d% q7 O3 r
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;  d! Q: m" Z% s) W0 R
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case./ E, j9 F( a0 ^' ]9 h
        Arrange face to face interview;
2 ?  o8 V' H0 b" c( s# r        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
& n5 `7 _! s( y: w8 z& f        Data entry and maintain database;
' q3 i2 h3 A4 }5 w: [4 u. p2 u, }        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

. F8 v* e. z, L( z/ B5 d" X2 ]6 u) k        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；( p/ d, i4 ^- ?. \2 `  Q4 p
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
) }, p* [6 V3 l! R        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;- X9 G& @+ N5 s' [
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;9 }0 m8 ]" G0 l( Y
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;9 t- S2 x4 E- B, F2 U# q9 X
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
