   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure 0 R6 t" T5 M8 B+ w/ C6 |$ F
the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to ( A  y  j& i+ N* a
customers.7 N! A: P- d8 l# c2 }
The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  1 l7 f( j6 i2 [! h+ }
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
, b4 J3 F: F( i/ K0 \, CChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
1 N) y4 U) K+ ]. C- `5 jcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
( o' Y* G' }. b' E& t: P6 M+ W% n7 l4 X9 X; o
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
+ |) u& Y: N- P4 l0 qMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
; i/ P4 F, F' {; n; L) f7 Ukeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s # A* P" c! F9 U, l! P) Z: |) n4 z
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   # o) u7 q1 g% Q7 R
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
