the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to 1 R: V: E; j4 s, B
customers.3 [/ T3 ^" s7 `1 l, D
The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  5 t0 V  k/ g  A
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
  g6 o% [: t, U. _9 [# J% xChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in ) |# V, K! D3 S; s+ S  y
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.

Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
$ h/ q9 \) I* H& h( JMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
* Q! p9 j  b. a, d4 ckeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
8 h% z3 m! _# m: eprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
* P5 z& `3 K& |1 A$ e9 V" Jand offering assistance to the doctor as required.) `/ k  B5 L. m
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
) ^( j1 b( Q' c, r7 vbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.7 B" H0 V: X' ^* S  ?3 {% M
