   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure
. d' A6 J  x+ o7 z: U- `8 dthe smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to
( {( @, _* ]" Acustomers.
2 P( U/ [' v1 u9 iThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  ( p0 M2 x! w! [  |4 A
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 8 P5 o; B& z$ l4 ~1 t. m
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
3 Z- B5 Y, ^* ~* Z5 U' D0 d1 A  kcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
7 h( M7 i2 `( O* h, `" Q$ d0 c3 ?3 k3 u, w$ e' g
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential., ]- K3 a" ~9 o
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
3 F. c/ u4 q, `& x& O4 e' akeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
- k# j) z' X& j% `3 Fprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
" g: |( s+ J/ i) `5 c* |! land offering assistance to the doctor as required.; l( p$ H7 ]4 y+ o$ |/ V
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall; r# P3 W' P5 {4 B7 Q/ ^: g7 f# t
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
