Responsibilities:9 q+ }3 H6 O' L) _& x
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 1 Z8 b9 P5 [8 k' `* Q# ]
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
2 J) N3 M+ o/ t        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
+ t5 f. H$ i) o- T% Y        Arrange face to face interview; ) G' v6 O, ?: b; q, B* G; [. k
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;   A& L  W1 J4 d+ v9 d% G
        Data entry and maintain database;
; e- q! X% U' J- x& N3 g        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities6 K1 ]3 k) i, c" L5 {
Requirements:
! ~8 R/ B- y8 I$ h& R        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；; V( x/ j' Q0 {! h5 i/ o
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;4 Y* U5 @7 Q- M
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
2 j6 @  i) d7 f6 q# J        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
* S# ?. Q. P/ G9 Z1 o* }" P$ j  Y        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;! W0 u) H" _. [% Z
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
