Responsibilities:
6 f4 t' ^, W$ V5 N, a        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
0 y: c9 K) `; Q  {8 u0 X& R; k        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;5 V# j9 s! v+ Q3 E
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.; O2 l% q5 \. O% Q0 B' z
        Arrange face to face interview;   W/ U2 V2 Y7 d4 n
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
9 S7 P7 b. h' I9 Y1 M        Data entry and maintain database;
$ C$ K& R: K5 j. l8 ^        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities# `' [$ _' |2 b- m9 e
Requirements:
* l7 |, K( G  f0 P        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
1 W% s; \) S" t5 ~! C* c        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
( `* j  d( C' c        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;+ H8 j* ^0 |0 p+ k$ F. D' \8 K* a
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;! e6 y! q9 Q7 N- T
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
' B2 D$ B+ y% P& v        Able to work under pressure with patience;# [$ w# U& ?# q6 ]
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
