Location: Beijing
5 N! A% q; E2 @( W! m, z0 OResponsibilities:4 S7 g1 L8 [9 N9 w, j2 R: s) L: _
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
1 H) M$ Z; Z( ^5 ?+ V* J        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
) x, a$ s" T! a! T6 Y; c1 R& }        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.  K6 N% d& T+ f
        Arrange face to face interview; 5 o" V0 w! N1 M  G$ Y0 q
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
, V5 `( u, c$ x2 f* w; U5 L6 Y7 [        Data entry and maintain database; ' `) v! o( o9 L* J& o: K
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities6 u; D" k  O, w& w4 v
Requirements:
; Z  R9 A0 M" Y4 p& [, f' V        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
: U: |  I; z/ M2 k/ L8 d5 R* V        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;9 e3 K# r% c' g/ A
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;6 B  Q! |8 D, L# E# L; G
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
2 f9 u& v, q! X7 P! @7 S5 w5 u        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
* b! z0 b8 d' S  K" k" U" S        Able to work under pressure with patience;7 h, w; h; h9 L+ }4 T, j
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy; : D+ M5 G2 c0 t
