Responsibilities:
) u* n" H; r& E% F- E1 F: @        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
# e$ k* l5 R/ w+ Y( B        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;: B* `  y# K3 D  }' O
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.

! ^3 z' k5 b" |- @" l        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; 1 H0 z0 I5 u% N* @8 I
        Data entry and maintain database;

        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；) i. y4 w$ x; A$ |0 A( ^; Q
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
2 I% S! _: o8 C        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;  j( z5 a# e- V" }7 R
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;: \9 D- K' r8 s6 k' W( g" w
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
