Location: Beijing

        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
" I" |* n' v) n. j        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;- O* b% z5 B7 |; ?( M
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
7 E9 t3 p0 ?" s6 [- Z3 u        Arrange face to face interview; ) R; B2 h9 i- L/ g
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; # r9 L( ~# u5 H' a8 X" o
        Data entry and maintain database; 9 ]% n, e$ z" [7 }0 x+ E  A6 f
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

' P) _1 {& W0 h1 `. g" \        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；7 R; Z$ N% l6 c
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;5 V. Y4 C/ N" C# d# u# r
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
) D0 E- J+ L: [% R2 H        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
9 o7 f) E0 b; ~; E3 R3 V9 d        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
