the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to 3 V) h% t, p! \0 c* P3 R6 t4 y9 H
customers.
) P0 Z, ~5 K2 h' lThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
8 V/ \& @- S) T9 xmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 7 R! j0 v6 A. r
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in * h! N5 X7 P2 \( j8 I/ K; a9 j
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
! i0 B5 j" U8 K) |3 P# l; f$ t" q3 s
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.% p$ N& O. m9 D' L9 P7 r
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
' C  H- X( A: z) Tkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
5 h/ ~2 Y; X" `& F7 Hprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
& j6 m4 f- e9 _6 o$ jand offering assistance to the doctor as required.
; g$ K( ~# q. z7 ~; \( {9 WThe post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
/ N- V6 I4 s. t" b5 E8 \" U" Mbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.; ~) i+ r/ ^( _; Z# K$ h/ g
