the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to & o9 M* h' z9 M% W
customers.
4 A4 F+ q6 v2 ~( z& p6 @The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  3 \4 S; j) m2 K6 B# e
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
" P  B; `% o. }5 l, D3 KChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in % y' l- D+ }4 Q. z. U' x7 m
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.

Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.+ d/ O/ P' [6 s" |% f* `
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-6 p8 E1 F+ D' w' m/ ]8 d7 H5 C
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s * i! }" i- u5 P) d5 P8 M) Q. O( m
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
: s. T8 V9 g: ^2 wand offering assistance to the doctor as required.$ E+ R: v' p' v
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
( L  o+ Q* F2 P; T7 bbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
