procedures

* Keeping a record of all documentation between ourselves, the factory and
: `$ l* x$ Q/ N4 k. sthe client so that all legal paperwork is accounted for.

* K5 ~5 P7 c2 n/ W7 Ptested to ensure they manufacture to the standards and timeframe we require.
