student's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they) f  i# n0 M) l7 u& ]* b: Y  l& a
have now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version0 U- M" l$ u( p
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has
8 ]5 U7 \$ }6 {; b8 ?7 Q! Vbeen awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider
5 D$ Q5 I3 F( B, p8 bstudents' applications which were refused on this basis.! t* Y5 }3 g2 b7 d; l, F7 ?' _

If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely. {3 Z1 E, x0 f9 n
refused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the

Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International
& H/ B; K6 V1 [$ h2 |# Z' KAdvice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the& ^6 q( J, A, \  `7 }% H) ^
confirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your
