the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to
) T& \+ j% ~: p" S: Wcustomers.% g+ S+ m, C3 t& ]
The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  ' w( X) N$ P: f* h
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
% ?- N1 q0 E; EChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
' b5 H! ^: i4 P! G5 k" qcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.; E# r4 H0 l' g) b8 c2 X

8 `' d. A6 t8 m$ @, jPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
, V* x; |2 `% fMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-) R- F3 m8 p8 |5 J; H1 {
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s + U! [) F8 I) X# E5 ]) O  E
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
7 w% Y- H3 @2 _9 \: Land offering assistance to the doctor as required.
! V% ], u% e; y1 ^2 Z9 e: UThe post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall' e: u$ Z1 v5 C: p4 a# ]
