    The internship runs for a 10 week period between June and August
0 W/ \1 p3 V. S3 t    and offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a $ |: p! O- e8 P
    financial institution. The Graduate Leadership Programme is based
' A4 g* b! S0 I$ j! H" H% A- p1 c    across the following areas: general management; corporate : @+ A7 f6 ^6 U- l# H' T/ v
    markets; finance; IT; and HR. The successful candidate will be ' t/ N  x) k( X
    given responsibility from day one and will be allocated to an & M7 c8 U  O1 `% _# \* G
