怎么接受曼大的offer啊？

收到一些材料说是发邮件可以说接受这个offer，发了之后学校又说要到网上接收给了一个连接，要用自己的申请号码和生日登进取，但是进不去？给学校写信了还没回复，想问问有没有类似的情况，我申请的是计算机的MSC。学校的信如下。
